Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a listing of an AI tool to AI Scout, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. AI Scout reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued submission of AI tool listings indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Listing Content
You are solely responsible for the content of the AI tool listing you submit. You warrant that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
Submission Fee
A non-refundable submission fee of $20 applies to every AI tool listing submitted to AI Scout. The fee is required to cover the processing and review of each submission. However, if your submission is rejected by our team, we will refund the submission fee. This process aims to ensure that all submissions meet our quality standards and are relevant to our platform users. Please note that paying the submission fee does not guarantee the acceptance of your listing. All submissions must still comply with our listing content rules and guidelines, as described above. We retain the right to reject any submission that does not meet our standards. The refund of the submission fee for rejected submissions will be processed as soon as possible and in the same manner as the original payment was made. Please allow for adequate time for the refund to appear in your account.
AI Scout’s Rights
AI Scout reserves the right to edit, modify, or remove any submitted AI tool listing at its sole discretion, without prior notice or consent. AI Scout may reject any listing deemed substandard, inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
By submitting a listing, you grant AI Scout a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the submitted content in any media, format, or platform. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this license.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Scout shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the AI Scout platform, the submission or display of any AI tool listing, or any other matter relating to the AI Scout platform. AI Scout’s total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to AI Scout.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Scout, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the AI Scout platform, your submission of any AI tool listing, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada in which AI Scout is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Canada.
